Thank you everyone that came out for Republican US Senate candidate Patrick Hughes' meet and greet last night!  We had a great show of support for Patrick!

Thank you to Mike Yager at Mid-America Motorworks for allow us to tour his amazing business!  Mr. Yeager is the true embodiment of the American businessman.  He started his business out of the truck of his car in the mid-1970s and now his business is the largest after-market Corvette parts supplier in the United States.

Thank you to Jeff Bloemker for giving us the tour!  The museum was spectacular!  If you have never toured the Corvette museum at Mid-America Motorworks, you have got to get over there!  They have a 1954 ORIGINAL Corvette with only 2,995 miles on it.  They have the Austin Powers Corvette and many other Corvettes used in various movies. 

Thank you to Bob Goldstein and Paul Kirby at Hodgson Mill for allow us to tour their business as well!  It was a very interesting tour seeing all the different products they make from flour to cereal.  Mr. Goldstein is responsible for bringing more jobs to Effingham, and is beginning the process of going green by putting up solar panels and wind turbine generators at his facility.
