This Is Worth Prosecuting?

Back in my more "immature" days in high school, we used to go to the cruise route downtown in Effingham or just drive around town blaring the radio.  Every once and awhile, whoever was driving, would "let one slip out", roll up the windows and lockout the window controls for everyone else in the car.  Let me tell you, that smell was real torture!  Jeff, to this day, I still have nightmares...

But what is the real definition of torture?  According to the Obama Justice Dept. torture is having someone blow smoke in your face.  OH THE HUMANITY!!

Torture is being blindfolded while someone "revs a power drill".  Not using it on the blindfolded person mind you, just revving it in the background.  WHAT HORROR!!

Having an unloaded weapon and waving it around in order to get a suspected terrorist to talk.  WHAT CRUELTY!!

The CIA is under attack again, and surprise, surprise, it's from a Democrat administration again.  President Jimmie Carter single handedly destroyed the CIA during his administration greatly reducing our ability to gather information from covert operations.  So waterboarding is out.  Blowing smoke in someone's face is out.  What kind of tactics are the CIA allowed to use then without being fearful of future prosecution?  Here's a better question.  How many American and foreign lives have interrogators at Gitmo and elsewhere saved by grilling these suspected terrorists?

I have always loved Monty Python.  Hearing about what the Obama Justice Dept. considers torture reminded me of a skit Monty Python did about the Spanish Inquisition.  Imagine this scene is happening at Gitmo, the Cardinals are CIA interrogators, and the old lady is a suspected terrorist.  I'm sure the ACLU would even have a problem with this form of "torture".  Enjoy!  NEE!
