US Representative 10th Congressional District Mark Kirk will not seek Illinois Senate seat.  It turns out that the Illinois GOP are refusing to support him in his Senate bid because of his vote on the Cap and Trade bill.  Kirk must have known that was going to kill his chances because a friend of mine emailed me a letter Kirk's Senate campaign was distributing that showed that he voted against everything Obama and Congress have tried to do EXCEPT for Cap and Trade. 

Too little, too late.  You listen to your campaign donors over common sense and your constituents, this is what you should expect.
